This week we harvested Kale and Potatoes from our schoolyard garden. The students enjoyed making kale chips and potato wedges. They did the harvesting, washing, ripping, cutting, seasoning and of course the eating. Many students went back for thirds of the kale chips. While the students were excited about eating, they all stayed on track and got their jobs done. Thank you to Beth, Silke, Darcy, Carl and Arlynn, the parent volunteers who came help us out!
